Gee struggled in his last outing, going 5.2 innings, and giving up six runs on five hits, while striking out just two. Gee has never faced the Cardinals.

ST. LOUIS CARDINALS

Starting Pitcher: Kyle Lohse (8-6, 3.32 ERA)

Lohse didn't fare much better in his last start. He went 6.2 innings against Arizona, giving up seven runs on seven hits. He is 0-2 with a 8.25 ERA in the month of July. In his career, he is 2-3 with a 5.85 ERA against the Mets.
