Mets Take On The Braves On "Don't Trade Reyes Night"

Starting Pitcher: Jon Niese (4-5, 3.92 ERA)

In 6.1 innings of work his last time out, Niese threw a career-high 122 pitches and struck out six. In five career starts against Atlanta, he is 1-2 with a 3.04 ERA.

ATLANTA BRAVES

Starting Pitcher: Derek Lowe (3-4, 4.03 ERA)

Lowe has been struggling as of late, and hasn't won a game since May 6. He did beat the Mets earlier this season. He is 5-5 with a 5.51 ERA against the Mets.

The Mets called up Manny Acosta from Triple-A Buffalo to take Mike O'Connor's spot on the roster.
